Anyway, this is the most helpful book I've read so far on this topic. It's step-by-step approach is very helpful, the authors are compassionate and explain what is happening and why. The authors can be long-winded, but this is, I think, due to their approach of acknowledging that one size does not fit all, and hence they provide many alternative solutions for each potential symptom of ptsd that one might be going through.
